22 Year old Marine Corporal Khalee has been thinking about breast augmentation for a while. She would like to gain more confidence and feel more comfortable in her own skin by increasing her breast size to a C or D.Dr. Lee explains that breast sizing is an imperfect science. Khalee tries on different size implants in front of the mirror to get an idea of what she really wants. During the procedure, Dr. Lee comments that Khalee's implants will be positioned in front of the muscle and she will have minimal discomfort while recovering from the procedure. When Khalee comes back after 2 months post-op for a follow-up visit, she mentiones to Dr. Lee that her recovery went really well and she had no problem to return to work. Dr. Lee is very pleased with how the incisions healed and how well Khalee is doing.

Shannon is 28 years old and has two little girls. After having 2 C-sections and losing over 85 pounds after her pregnancies, the muscles and skin on her body are not as tight as she would like. With the help of the tummy tuck and liposuction, she will have an hourglass body shape that looks fabulous in a bikini. Dr. Lee gives Shannon different sizes of implants to try on and she chooses a D cup size implant. Shannon is very excited about the process and looks very much forward of seeing the end result. During the surgery, Dr. Lee makes sure that he hides all the incision for the tummy tuck in Shannon's body tatoo, so that it won't be visible once she is healed. The procedures goes really well and Shannon soon recovers from the surgery. Shortly after the procedure, she comes to Dr. Lee for a follow-up visit and reveals her new body in a bikini. Dr. Lee is amazed how well she looks in her new hourglass shape. Shannon loves her new body and explains that her self esteem is raised tremendously.

Denise's Breast Reconstruction with Implants

47-year old Denise comes to Dr. Lee for breast reconstruction and breast implants after having a double mastectomy. She already wears a skin tissue expander to get ready for implants. Dr. Lee is very compassionate with mastectomy patients like Denise since he understands that losing your breast to cancer is a devastating experience for women. He comments that tissue expanders are put in following a mastectomy, which are then inflated to make room for the implants. Denise is excited to get this final step completed is more than ready to get the reconstruction done by Dr. Lee. She believes that she will get a peace of mind, nice looking breasts and continuing living her life. At the morning of the procedure, Denise feels wonderful and optimistic about the surgery. During the surgery, Dr. Lee takes out the expander implants and puts in 800cc implants, which are the largest on the market. After positioning the implants, Dr. Lee re-creates the nipples out of tissue on the tummy and completes Denise's surgery. When Denise comes in for a follow-up visit, she is very, very pleased with Dr. Lee's work. She explains that her new breasts are about the same size as she had before the mastectomy and she is very happy to feel stronger and better every day and be cancer-free moving on with her life.

Cece's Tummy Tuck and Breast Augmentation after Gastric Bypass

Cece is 45 years old and recently lost 130 pounds of body weight over the past 6 years. She had gastric bypass and she complains about a lot of loose skin that she wants to take care of. Dr. Lee comments that Cece's procedure presents some challenges since she has a long scar in the middle of her tummy from her gastric bypass surgery. Dr. Lee explains to Cece that with a tummy tuck he can take out all the excess skin and tighten her belly muscles. He says that she is a good candidate for breast augmentation. She decides for a C cup and is very excited about the enhancements. The day of the procedure, Cece's sister gives her a hug for good luck. The procedure goes very well and when Cece wakes up, she starts to cry happy tears. The is grateful to Dr. Lee and happy to realize the dream of being beautiful. During the follow-up visit with Dr. Lee, Cece explains that she can't stop looking at herself in the mirror and that her recovery went very well. Her maximum weight was 276 lbs. and that her life has changed with the gastric bypass and the plastic surgery afterwards. She feels very beautiful and it's a dream come true. Her self-esteem has gone through the roof and the before and after pictures show it.
